• As a part of the branch banking team, I am responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering bank’s products, providing service to existing and New-To-bank customers in the branch and adding new customers through referral generation activities and customer visits.
• I will be required to use their communication skills to add new customers and Cross Sell of Bank products.
• I will process customer transactions and Service requests within defined turnaround time (TAT) and ensure end to end closure.
• I also be posted as teller as per organization’s requirements for processing cash transactions of customers.
• I shall be introduce customers to alternate channels of banking such as Internet Banking, mobile banking, WhatsApp banking wherever possible
• Resolve customer issues and queries.

1. Regular meeting with existing customer to ensure engagement.

2. Resolve any service related Issue by coordinating with Internal & external stakeholders.

3. Understand customer requirement and cross-sell products which meet those requirements.

4. Scope opportunity in the portfolio to refer leads to business banking, LAP / HL, LAS etc.

5. Acquire quality importer / exporter with regular Trade / FX transaction.

6. Achieve annual fee budget.

7. Ensure there are no regulatory or compliance related issues in the portfolio.

8. Regular update of call reports.

• Relationship building with cross selling of Bank Products(Gold, Insurance, Saving A/c , Current A/c, FDR?s other fee Income products)
• Customer Handling, Cash handling, Clearing, Familiar with Finance of day to day Banking Operations
• Import\Export related requests processing, Salary processing, furnish Internal audit.
• Servicing the requests of Customers.
