  • MACD, Being Instrumental Proposal management, Commercial negotiations are getting done as per company’s objective, Finalizing the contract in a well-planned manner to cater customer request, Responsible for driving client acquisition along with maintaining a consistent growth in order booking from the set of existing enterprise accounts & by cross selling of wide range of TCL services like networks, cloud services (MHS), security services (MSS), IOT, UCC, CDN, etc., Strategic account mapping and building visibility from the initial level to CXO level to achieve the right expectation., Conducting tailored, web-based presentations to showcase our wide product offerings., Creating and delivering complex, customized solutions that provide value to client’s business needs by working closely with different internal teams like product specialist, solution architect, sales support, collections & billing team, etc. to meet the pre-sales and post sales deliverable, Activities including performing in-depth account management, sales closures, and sales data analysis and forecast reports., Managed multiple customers in coordination with various internal stakeholders including service delivery, client relationship management support, solution team. etc., for successful implementation of projects., Maintaining relationship with top corporate clients., Designing and sending the quotations/proposals to customer’s, also follow-ups on the managed critical accounts., Articulated the clients most critical issues and challenges/resolving them., Successfully managed the customer relationships and retained present clients., Performed a root cause analysis of the customer’s IT infrastructure and business to understand the pain areas.
  • Effective Contract Management, Effective Contract Management throughout the contract life cycle (Single and Multi-year Contract)., Process automation to reduce TAT in quote preparation and which leads to fastest revenue generation, Pre-sales are done to make sure that the order processing should be done as per organization Objective, Make sure that the quote is converted to Revenue through strong interlock with Program management, Billing and collection Team, Make sure that the contract changes are done and recorded in repository., Customer credibility are measured using KYC process, Analysis of Growth and De-Growth in account wise, Proactive Renewals to avoid huge price erosion and Credit Note
