Project Description :

GE Power creates energy technologies of future and improves the power networks that we depend on today. We create a third of the world's electricity. Our technology equips 90% of power transmission utilities worldwide. And 40% of the world's energy is managed by our software. The Portal has different kinds of reports hosted such as tableau and Spotfire, etc. of GE POWER, no matter where the reports reside to make the business user feel comfort to access all reports in single Portal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing UI mock-ups, integrating third party React libraries, and handling/creating Redux store data
• Integrated with Restful APIs to fetch and display data in real-time
• Extensively used GIT for version controlling and regularly pushed code to GitHub.
• Collaborated with stakeholders during development processes to confirm creative proposals and design best practices.
• Made recommendations for new technology integration based on suitability and alignment to business goals.

EPMS is used to find performance of an employee, by using scores. Scores have been obtained from objectives and KR (key result). Objectives will be assigned to employees based on their role.
