Hire to retire Process ( EMEA region)

• Updating candidate data on the Workday with the start date and the probation period
• Terminating the employee on the workday by adding the LWD and the reason for exit and extending and ending the contract for the contingent employees
• Approving the LOA request on the workday by verifying the documents submitted by the employees
• Raising the onshore and the offshore request on the workday and updating the data
• Preparing the LOA reports based on the raw data available on the workday tool
• Sharing the payroll report to the client which included the onsite, offshore and terminated employees to process the payroll

HR Help desk

• Attending all the HR related queries for the USA and Canada employees providing the resolution on the call by attending basic HR and payroll queries by creating the ticket on the service now tool
• Handling the call queue and the chat queue based on the volume

• Pulling inventory received from client assigning the task to equally among the team

• Making outbound calls to US hospitals and getting the patient’s medical records to process medical claim

• Taking a weekly client calls to understand the process and implement new ideas
