Automated the "Additional Details" section using the Upload File option, saving 15 minutes per contract. - Creation of Client Dashboard tool – Contributed to the development and maintenance of a Power BI-based tool that offers detailed insights into a client’s Finance, People, Delivery, and Sales metrics. Provided feedback on required changes and communicated them to the implementation team. Managed the testing and deployment of updates to the production version of the tool. Organized quarterly meetings with the Sales and Delivery teams to promote the tool's capabilities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
