  • Verify and generate invoices according to the frequencies outlined in client contracts. Implement any changes requested by the client's team within the designated turnaround time (TAT).
  • Publish Sold vs Delivered reports, it provides insights into the actual cost & hours agreed upon to a client vs the actual cost incurred & the actual hours taken for a project helping clients team in decision making. Automated the email formatting process by automating the Excel layout used for sending SvD reports, resulting in a time savings of 30 minutes per report.

Participated in the testing phase of developing a Power BI tool, which replaced the previously Excel-based tool.

  • Single point of contact (POC) for Contract Library tool – Responsible for assigning newly received contracts to the team, ensuring monthly updates of contract details, and verifying the accuracy of all recorded information. Identifies potential risks and informs management if deadlines are at risk, along with recommended actions to mitigate those risks and ensure on-time delivery. Automated the "Additional Details" section using the Upload File option, saving 15 minutes per contract. Also automated the process of sending a report to stakeholder, collaborating with the Data Management team saving 1 hour per week.
  • Creation of Client Dashboard tool – Contributed to the development and maintenance of a Power BI-based tool that offers detailed insights into a client’s Finance, People, Delivery, and Sales metrics. Provided feedback on required changes and communicated them to the implementation team. Managed the testing and deployment of updates to the production version of the tool. Organized quarterly meetings with the Sales and Delivery teams to promote the tool's capabilities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ownership of Code Creation Hub - Participated in testing during the development phase to identify improvements and bugs. Created a process flow document for future reference by a broader audience.
