Responsible for strategic management of Inter-Contract, Gross margin of the consultant, Attrition rate, Growth and customer satisfaction of the perimeter. ● People Management: Managing 50 repartees from 17 projects with team sizes from 12 to 1 by deploying company’s Policies and Processes ensuring compliance with Internal regulations at the same time meeting the Project KPIs.. ● Skill and competency Management: Responsible for career planning and skill development of the repartees. ● Staffing Management: Understanding the staffing needs from the Technical direction and hiring consultants in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team. ● Contributing to the development of service offerings with the sales team. ● Coaching & Career planning for the reporting consultants

Resource onboarding/Off boarding, and ownership of project artifacts. Coordinate with program managers to schedule and support program meetings and having daily stand ups to update program status. Handled Global Completions Centre (6K/7k) and Challenger Completions Projects maintained communication and managed 60 plus team members.

Monitoring and control (FTR, OTD, Customer Satisfaction action plan, cost Avoidance, NO PO, Collection, SOW), Prepare Project Plan, Resource Plan, Project Kick off documents. Preparation of Commercial Proposal & SOW , Invoicing Projections, RUS Posting, BES preparation, UBR, Reversal, Risk identification, avoidance and mitigation, Responsible for preparing and organizing weekly Governance with customer. Facilitating for Quality/Process Compliance activities such as Auditing, Project management review, Quality Gates checks, Quarterly management reviews, Project health tracking.

Played a major role in coordinating, executing and training associates. Handled and executed for interior completion mechanical activities for bombardier Challenger 300/605 programs,0n Creating & incorporating RFC’sand Creation of Placards Installation drawings for 605 and 300 programs. Experience in standard parts creation for Core Engineering. Achieved the Drawing Sign off authority as well which resulted in complete ownership of Placards Installation project
