  • Understand the product trends and pricing of immediate competitors, to revise the merchandise mix
  • Control aged stock at district level, by obtaining discount approvals several times throughout the year in addition to following FIFO mechanism and along the line take action for slow movers
  • Ensure the stores ambience is maintained, by focusing on the specifics like hygiene of selling and stock area, furniture’s and fixtures
  • Ensuring the merchandise display adheres to the visual display guidelines.
