• Provided end-to-end SAP FICO support across AP, Bank Accounting, EBS, GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and basic Product Costing.

L2/L3 Support & Enhancement (Sep 2023 – Present)

• Delivered major e-invoicing enhancements for Greece, Hungary, Turkey, Kenya, and Saudi Arabia. Coordinated with SAP, Tax Authorities, Sovos, Tevin, BTP, and cross-functional teams.
• · Worked closely with S/4HANA implementation team to support the migration of ECC company codes to S/4HANA by providing functional inputs for custom enhancements, interfaces and existing business processes.
• Collaborated with the MDGS team to implement enhancements for global and local vendor classifications, ensuring alignment with business and reporting requirements.
• Developed enhancements in payment IDocs, EBS setup, invoice print programs, validation/substitution, and custom FI reporting.
• Led interface migration projects such as CPI → IS-Suite and SAMBAP → Sterling.
• Managed requirement gathering, mapping, SIT/UAT execution, creation of FS documents and production cutover activities.
