Liasioned with vendors and third party service providers to ensure smooth branch operations Forecasting and planning the departmental expenses budget and ensuring adherence to the budgetary limits including Capex & Opex.

Coordinating effectively with Stake Holders, Branch Managers and counter-parts in Head Office.

Ensuring compliance with Risk, Statutory liabilities, Taxes (property, municipal etc.)and audit procedures.

Responsible for overall upkeep of the site to high standards of operations, maintenance and cleanliness.

Preparing MIS records, SOPs, Service- Purchase Requests and Orders, maintenance records to maintain operational efficiency. Infrastructure, Buildings, Power systems, Water, Telecom etc. and their smooth functioning in branch.

To facilitate new joining formalities by providing work station, access card, canteen facilities, office bus service, business card printing, Mediclaim policy etc. Joining formalities for new joinees and inducting them into the organization, ensuring all supports are provided to them.

Liasoned with hospitals and their claim departments to ensure a hassle- free Medical Insurance support for all those who came for hospitalization and OPD claims.
