· Recruiting the new Promoters & their orientation

· Driving AUPT & AVPT in Stores & Kiosk
· Conducting monthly meeting of Promoters to discuss target achievement &Training in order improves their performance
· Handling 12 categories & 350+ Sku’s mix in the respective chain
· Track and all the parameters of company about space for our category
· Maintaining the good relationship with store managers & flor managers
· Focusing on SKU/category mix achievement & ensure 80% fill rate to my set of stores
· Focusing on Secondary Sales
· Recruiting the new Promoters & their orientation. Effectively planning the manpower for maximizing the profit and controlling on attrition
· Conducting monthly meeting of Promoters to discuss target achievement & Training in order improves their performance
· Maintain and develop good business relationship with the key accounts
· Always look at the opportunities of activating new outlets
· Achieving sales volume and market share targets
· Ensure that maximum stocks are kept in refrigerator
· Have cordial relationship with the F&B Managers & Barman’s
