Primary role would be to ensure effective design and develop, validate and support activities, to assure that FIS client/s are satisfied with high level of service in the technology domain.
Work closely with members of the sales Team/Product teams and engineering teams in developing newer solutions and automation.

The Leveraged NOC is responsible for any non-transactional or banking traffic (user, replication, etc) within the data centre. The Leveraged NOC works with multiple technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Citrix to name a few. From time to time, the Leveraged NOC will also be responsible to make corrective changes in the event of an outage.
