  • Company Overview: Country Delight, a milk subscription business that leverages technology to deliver quality in-house products to end consumers directly.
  • Handled a team of 150+ staff and 4 delivery boys, backup delivery boys, loading and unloading team, supervisor, and assistant center manager, which delivered the packages that increased our customer experience and ensured customers were delighted at all times.
  • Managed over 4,000 orders on a daily basis with the help of more than 100 delivery boys by maintaining the DB ratio and route ratio.
  • Delivered a high level of service to customers in an effort to build upon future relationships, and we ensure that all deliveries are completed before 7:30 a.m. We responded to customer concerns and worked with the CS team to significantly raise customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Instant delivery: managing a daily order and taking care of the overall operation from packing to the last-mile delivery. And we make a roster and plan the next day's manpower required for the operation. Overall inventory management, including its audit (damage, expired, etc.).
  • Leading and supervising the last mile team, day-to-day decision-making on strategies, dispatch processes, and monitoring and controlling the loading and unloading of the milk van for on-time dispatch and route completion.

  • Managed a team of over 200 off-roll associates and 3 on-roll employees (F&V Day Ops, pick, pack, and dispatch), PT, supervisor, team lead, and DM, which delivered the packages that increased our customer experience and ensured customers were delighted at all times.
  • Daily Operation - Running day-to-day operations and implementing the strategy for the cluster. Being on the field to manage the operations and the on-ground team in the cluster, interacting with them, and coordinating and overseeing the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff.
  • Responsible for all activities such as pick and pack, dispatch, P&L, warehouse cleanliness, inventory (SAP) consumables, and the safety of all employees in the warehouse, as well as proper training of DA and drivers, and package handling training.
