Strategized and led projects with Master Planning and execution of the project of Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure as Project Manager for development of a new Logistics City spread over 9500 H.A with an initial budget of USD 6.7 million which included construction of a state-of-art Dry port

Designed and Implemented ’Truck Reservation System’ for all Incoming & Outgoing Trucks including logistics and shipping operations of 3,700,000 tons and 1,00,000 tons of DRI per annum and by-products thereby reducing complaint resolution time of customer from 19 days to 6 days over two 30-day cycles

Managed reduction in headcount by 20% in Scheduling Department with the implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning System.

Established a savings of over USD 200,000 by researching new ocean/land carriers and effectively negotiating contracts. ·

Designed and Executed a Full cycle of TCO waves: right from data collection, validation, rigorous statistical analyses, lever hypotheses, brainstorming sessions, and technical workshops, leading to identifcation of key value drivers, and idea generation to Implementation for a project of Total Cost Ownership (TCO) for logistics in the capacity of Regional Team Leader for 3 steel plants in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Bosnia & Herzegovina of cumulative production capacity of 12 mio’tons/year which yielded a savings of Logistics costs of $38,00,000 p.a.

Increased machine uptime from 96% to 98% through root causes analyses, machine reliability studies and implantation of corrective actions.

Spearheaded all formalities related to Export/Import and shipping operations with zero delays/Zero defects which included all logistics/banking operations w.r.t import/export trade

Devised and implemented shipment plan of export of 120000 TEU p.a. and import of 60000 Tones p.a. of raw materials in break bulk through co-ordination with Freight forwarders, Customs, DGFT, Port Authorities, Railways, 3PL providers and Shipping agencies for seamless logistics operations

Manage all client shipments which includes providing additional logistics support at the interface between the trucking company and the carrier to ensure no shipments miss the port cut or are rejected because of inaccurate information, resulting in the fastest possible transit time and no demurrage ensuring the lowest cost thereby contributed to team winning 10 major accounts, totaling +USD 5,00,000 in billings
