•Functioned as Assistant Shift In-Charge, proficiently managing RMHS and various equipment such as Dryers, Ball Mills, and Mixer, T.G ,Kiln,Cooler.

•Responsible for production with quality parametres (ccs , porosity and other parametre) with Safety.

•Maintained rigorous daily logs, ensuring accurate tracking of operations and addressing issues promptly.

•Executed critical maintenance tasks in T.G, Balling Disc, and Enmass, including grate plate, cooling water shaft, and flight replacements, among others.
