- Worked on a project of contract administration for an Australian telecommunication company wherein we used to follow two modes of administrating a contract. The principal arena of work was of retrieval/extraction of contracts from multiple CLM tools & providing the stakeholders with detailed analysis of the contract.
- Worked on reviewing, summarizing, and abstracting Corporate, Business & Digital Service Agreement by utilizing the CLM tools for tracking contract milestones, renewal dates, and expiration terms.
- Conducted risk assessments by reviewing and summarizing terms related to compliance, liabilities, and payment schedules.
- The other arena of work included the storage of contracts, wherein the executed copy of contracts was stored into the CLM tools as per the SOP provided by the stakeholders.
