  • Generating report on the purchase database. Provide the data to the seniors for getting some solution if there is any failure compare to last year.

  • Finalizing Norms and SOPs for warehouse operation. Implementing Stocking Points to cater to branch requirements and efficient distribution. Storage at the warehouses as per norms and Safety hygiene requirements, maintaining 5S
