Coordinating with the Franchises for multiple brands (Boaster, Dhadoom, LBC, etc.) regarding their requirement all across India. Handling Cold store warehouse for frozen raw materials. Maintaining stock register for receiving materials and dispatch materials. Checking temperatures of vehicles to dispatch the materials. Checking vehicles documents before dispatch. Physically checking temperatures of the material as per quality norms for both receiving and dispatch materials. Coordinate with vendors for raw materials & checking inventory daily basis. Coordinate with the Outlet day by day regarding raw materials supply & Transportation. Arrangement for dispatch the raw materials. Proper maintenance of all record of all store. Checking raw materials and finishing products related to packaging norms. Account Knowledge: Knowledge of E way bill. Knowledge of GST Return Filling. Managed Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice, Cash & Credit. Managed Account Payable & Account Receivable. Maintain Cash book: Cash Receipt, Cash Payment, Petty Cash & Expenses Voucher. Maintain Inventory stock audit monthly basis. Show Description
