  • Early Detection of Churning Customers which was directly impacting the business and model could help company to set their recharge plans, device price, resolve complaints of the customer, deals to the customers.
  • Researched on various papers published in the Churn Prediction domain to understand the various frameworks and models used. Identified three major frameworks used across the industry including the prediction models used. Analyzed data using python to understand the key factors for user churn. Provided actionable insights to the product team and customer support team to reduce churn rate.
  • Built multiple churn prediction models using different models and frameworks. Started working on basic models such as logistic regression and implemented advanced models such as Random Forest, XG Boost, SVM, and others. Compared the precision and recall scores for various models and frameworks and finalized the model with best precision and recall score.
  • Conducted Pricing analytics projects to evaluate various prices between the network providers. Undertaken several projects to understand triggers and barriers for using postpaid,prepaid, DTH, ISP etc. Participated in Market Visit across India to evaluate the hypothesis.

  • Worked on the application, whose aim was to predict the trend of investing in BONDS for making money, so that the investors will explore different ways of investing in bonds. Randomly investing without a proper knowledge and going with the herd, often lead to a disasters and dwindles the investor wealth. Our application enabled customers to make an informed decision which mainly involves competitor analysis and how we stand out in the market leading to higher growth in investments, using the past data, company financials, news analytics and macro economic data system provides a holistic view on how the markets might be in the future.
  • Product was built using the auto ML: Amazon Sage Maker with the data obtained from the sources by running the following regression and classification models. LSTM model, SVM model, Linear Regression, Random Forest, ARIMA model.
  • Built regression models, for predicting yearly Bonds returns, classification models for predicting the direction of change in price, Version control of the models and old data stored in docker and RMSE as evaluation metrics.
  • To evaluate the performance of the all the models, we used a RMSE metrics for bond returns prediction, Lower values of RMSE indicate better fit.
  • Testing was based on business objectives on bonds price prediction and latency, ensuring robustness through frequent re- training of the model in regular intervals and on breach of certain parameters. Cloud based Deployment with high elasticity during initial stages.
