  • Develop and execute demand forecasting for Long products considering the market dynamics, customer behavior and industry trends so as to derive the supply demand strategies and ensuring efficient supply demand matching.

Collaborating closely with cross functional key stakeholders including Production units, Business heads, Segment heads, Regional heads, Purchase and Finance teams to develop the Annual business plans.
  • Present the formulated Annual Business Plan to Senior management, providing a comprehensive overview of the planned strategies and objectives.
  • Prepare and coordinate the implementation of Inventory dilution plan ensuring the efficient management of inventory throughout the system. Optimize inventory levels by identifying and reducing excess inventory and minimize the stock-outs.
  • Work closely with relevant stake holders to establish and execute inventory dilution strategy, optimizing the inventory levels to meet the organizational requirements.
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly performance reports at both the Operational committee (OC) meeting and Executive committee (EC) meeting. These reports serve as a crucial tool for monitoring and evaluating the company's performance and providing valuable insights to key decision makers.
  • Consolidation and preparations for the quarterly and annual performance for the board meeting conducted by the top management.
