• Design, upgrade, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools such as VS Code, Git, and relevant programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scope, strategies, and coverage based on project requirements.
• Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and provide clear documentation of test cases and defects.
• Configure and maintain test environments using relevant tools such as SocWatch, SystemMeter, SDR, ICT, PTAT, and HSD tools to report bugs through OneBox automation.
• Enhance and optimize test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Track and manage defects, working closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify bug fixes.
• Collect & point issues by analyzing ETL Trace for OS and driver related issues.
• Collect BIOS logs and analyze basic firmware/BIOS level changes/defects.
• Troubleshoot WOS level defects by collecting dumps and analyzing using windbg application.
• Work closely with design and development teams to troubleshoot and debug hardware and software problems.
• Understanding the customer requirement config and works towards the outcome.

• Validate the domain specific tc’s: Graphics, Power Flow, Imaging & Display.
• Providing required logs on failure scenarios and basic level of analyzing logs.
• Deploying and configuring the required devices, drivers, OS, firmware, etc., for the test environment.
• Directing validation activity, Preparing, and documenting reports.
• Worked on providing appropriate device drivers for customers to ensure no OS/Driver level power flow blockage for low power mode/Sx cycles.
• Validate new test drivers, firmware, and configuration for every BKC release.
• Report multiple issues like BSOD, Under Run and TDR dumps.
• Also Handled HDR, Content protection, Netflix, HDCP, Display flicker, Frame drops corruption and blank display related issues.
• Execute exploratory testing as per customer point of view.
• Support to stakeholders for enabling new Features on current Platforms.

• Installation and configurations of windows server and client OS as per requirement.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Knowledge in Troubleshooting Microsoft tools/application.
• Ensuring virus free environment by generating reports and pushing the patches from server to host machines.
• Installing application software and configuring environment as requirement.
• Configuring PC in domain network, assists users through remote and helps them with technical issues.
• Create and manage databases for the user and provide file sharing options in a secure manner.
• Updating servers and desktops with the latest upgrades/patches to ensure secure infrastructure.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource usage using HP sitescope and solarwinds monitoring tools.
• Manage roles and group policies.
