Tracking the timely payments of the vendors
Verifying the vendor transactions by using SAP transaction codes
Analyzing the invoice information as per the SAP information in terms of the following below aspects :
Basic fields of the invoice like (Invoice number, Date, Amount, Vendor details, Bill- To address)
The compliances, tax codes and exceptions provided by the market in treating different vendors
Matching of the material data in terms of (Material description, Quantity, Prices), which should comply 'Goods ordered and Goods delivered'
Validating & follow-up of invoices having mis-match or insufficient data
Evaluating & follow-up of the due payments
Proficiency in SAP Instance like LH1 SAP S4 HANA
Maintaining daily records related to payments in excel
Ensure that high priority issues are dealt with, with utmost care and accuracy - Prioritize
Performing Manual clearing
Performing reversal
Performing payments manually
Query handling
Active member of Fun Committee and conducted various fun activities and events and actively participating in all the events
Helping team to ensure all issues & escalations are handled appropriately according to company's policy
As a part of P2P cycle, have sound knowledge on complete P2P cycle
