Worked with Cloud Software Group (CSG), formerly known as Citrix and TIBCO. In the Corporate Reporting domain as a Spotfire Application Analyst, I performed all admin-related activities for the Spotfire platform.

• Strong working experience in Spotfire administration activities, such as Spotfire access and installation. Providing access to users on folders and groups in library.
• Knowledge about Spotfire upgrades, groups, licence setup, server restart activities, and deployment of new updated packages.
• Strong experience in scheduling scheduled update (Cache) jobs, and automation jobs from servers and managing the already scheduled jobs.
• Supporting all activities, such as Spotfire server patching, server maintenance, and solving tickets and incidents.
• Spotfire Dashboard Migration from one environment to another and also from one instance to another instance.
• Experience in capacity utilization monitoring and Log technical support tickets with TIBCO vendor support.
• Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) Platform and also other BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Azure Cloud, and DevOps.
• Closely work with clients as a part of regular application support, as well as gather business requirements and driving project from commencement to closure.
