  • Delivered a Power Apps-based solution for internal C2P teams to record and track conversations and settlement details of HCPs who do not have company AD accounts.
  • Designed a secure integration where chatbot submissions are sent to a Power Automate HTTP-triggered flow, restricted via authentication policies ensuring that only authorized automated clients can invoke the flow.
  • Coordinated with the Azure team to set up an Azure App Registration enabling OAuth-based authentication for the chatbot, ensuring secure and validated API calls into Power Automate.
  • Built a Power Automate flow to process incoming data, validate mandatory fields, handle file attachments, and push all information into a structured SharePoint List repository.
  • Developed an automation framework to support the Data Fabric initiative, enabling consistent data refresh for Power BI dashboards by automating report collection from multiple systems including Mercury, CPS, and Cvent.
