• To carry out the work of Horticulture works in accordance with the Land Scape /Architectural Drawings ;
• To Plan the plantation of Trees, Shrubs, Flowers, Fruit Trees in the Lawns, On Roads including selection of their varieties;
• To develop Lawns and to ensure their proper maintenance;
• To get prepare the seedlings of Flower in the Nursery for their plantation in the complex season –wise;
• To evaluate the requirement of Fertilizer, Pesticides and other items time to time and to ensure their proper utilization;
• Establish the environmental conditions required to grow trees, shrubs, flowers and plants, and design planting and care schedules accordingly Determine type and quantity of stock to grow Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying stock Identify and control insect, disease and weed problems Order materials such as fertilizer, garden and lawn care equipment, and other nursery and greenhouse related accessories Hire and Supervisor staff, oversee training and set work schedules
• To evaluate the requirement of tools & machineries for day to day execution as well as maintenance of horticulture work ,to arrange their procurement through respective wing and to ensure their upkeep as well as proper utilization;
• To Manage the execution and maintenance of entire Horticulture Work of the Project :
• To arrange the labour for carrying out Horticulture work,
• To manage their proper deployment, effective utilization, attendance, payrolls etc.
• At present all Gardeners of varied capabilities & experience are working At site;
• To manage and complete All other allied works pertaining to the horticulture work to the entire satisfaction of management of the company
