Project #1 - SIS Automation

Role : Developer & Architect
Configuring the data and rules on each customer's SIS server by logging in with the admin maintenance account. Entering the District and School data into the customer server according to the students' periods. Updating the district location, technical support information, and student and school data imports into the district setup. Once more completing the customer requirement setup by configuring the school times, calendar, bell schedules, and attendance code categories on the server. The procedure makes use of Web, Excel, NotePad, PDF, and Outlook Automation technologies and applications. The procedure can be automated to reduce the effort hours required for each request, which can be as little as four hours, while the bot can complete the task in twenty minutes.
Project #2 - Unified QA Automation

Input will be received over an email to Mailbox. Bot is accessing the Each Email in the Request Inbox, Processing the each QA submitted by the customers through navigating and researching from the Solution Page at Enrollment Website of E-School+.

Client: InfyFnA (Infosys Finance)
Role : Developer
Vendor will be shared Invoices list to the Mailbox with template format. Leap Business Operations Portal will capture all Email Details and will create Case and Update the Details in the Portal and push for the SAP Extraction Queue. Bot will be worked on SAP Queue in the Leap Operations. Here Queue Cases will be the Bot Input until the Case Object Exists as a Loop. For Each Case it will be tracked in an Excel and Logs will be updated for the status. Bot fetch the records from SAP and update the invoice details in Leap and will match the status. Post that Leap will be send automatic email to Vendor with Invoice details Captured by bot for the Validation/Verification. So the Status will be updated and Tracker will be Updated with Execution Details. Procedure is Complete.
