Implementing Master Data Management Telecom Service Provide in Sweden

The scenario was of to build a Master Data Service and Master Data management for the Enterprise where master Data to be extracted from Respective Merger and Acquisitions company and build a new Master Data Service .

Roles:

• Handing Project Management of it and manage a team of 8

• Analyzing the source systems via workshops with various stakeholders of old system

• Designing and architecting the solution of how the migration is to take place

• Requirement gathering and Build HLD and use cases

• Contributing System Design

Data migration for the leading Health services client in India

The objective was to design and create a simple, sustainable and easy to use data migration tool on cloud to take care of the phase-wise migration plan of the client which has the potential of reusability. The tool should be easily customizable and use Azure cloud setup to handle the migration process from SAP to Snowflake to use Anaplan for Budget Solutions

Roles:

• Managing a team of 10 individuals and getting them trained in

• Designing the architecture of dynamic structure for migration in a target centric manner

• Designing and supporting the build for the dynamic and easily customizable Data Quality engine to assess the data quality of source dataset and report it to the client so that the client has a clear idea about their data and how to clean them up in the most efficient and targeted manner

• Designing the process for Extracting, Transforming and Loading Data from source systems to Database in a dynamic manner

• Requirement gathering from Client & based on the requirement building the queries through T-SQL

• Working on different objects like Table, Stored Procedure, Function, complex SQL queries to meet customer’s need

• Planning the way ahead during various sprints Technology: Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Data lake storage Gen II, Snowflake

• Leading the conceptualization of overall delivery strategy and consulting for Supply and Digital Workspace engagements viz
• Setting client expectations and customer experience, Service Management ,partners & vendors engagement, TCO, & continuous improvement programs (including Digital Transformation and SIAM Strategy).Adopted Program and project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, waterfall) for faster and effective delivery
