Risk Management Services (RMS) group within Ernst & Young helps the rm and its
client serving professionals in making decisions with respect to client &
engagement acceptance, in sync with our internal compliance policies and
regulatory framework. The group continuously evaluates the risks associated with
each client & engagement and suggests ways to mitigate them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Independence professional, my job is to drive projects for identifying &
evaluating risks associated with rm's audit clients, speci cally maintaining
our Independence with respect to audit clients and helping engagement teams
in alleviating them.
Researching about Individuals by using secondary resources using LinkedIn
Google and other various EY tool to come up with meaningful insights about
individuals.
I also take care of the IT related issue that the team face internally and report it
to the IT concerns.
I also act as a SPOC for all the Cultural events organized by the for the BRIDGE
Team.
I also act as a BUUDY for the new Joiners helping them get familiar with the
o ce Culture and resolving to the queries that they come up during there new
joining period.
