  • Title: Endolysins based Antimicrobial Peptides
  • The work aims to use molecular modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, and machine learning techniques to design and optimize potent antimicrobial peptides from endolysins. Machine learning algorithms will be employed to predict and refine peptide designs, enhancing their stability and efficacy against resistant bacterial strains and species. By elucidating the structural and functional dynamics of endolysins at the atomic level through MD simulations, we will identify key features important for specific antimicrobial activity. This integrative approach would help to accelerate the development of novel, effective antimicrobial therapeutics.

Analysis of Short Linear Eukaryotic Motifs (SLiMs) for Structural Analysis of Coronavirus

  • Mutational Analysis of SLiMs Based on Posix Regular Expressions and Their Unique Functions Through the ELM database, sequence analysis has given great insight into molecular mechanisms
  • I have identified SLiMs for each structural protein that can provide persuasive hints for developing therapeutic approaches

The Molecular Mechanism of Hypervirulent Clones of the ESKAPE Group of Pathogens and Their Distribution in India

  • I did an extensive study on how pathogens contribute to nosocomial infections, especially in ICUs
  • I provided data to track the global rate of infection and a Viral Resistance Mechanism.
