I am a strong and a passionate professional with a total of 8 years of work experience, currently innovating learning design at SAP Labs India. I am committed to making learning simple, inclusive and interactive, while keeping it fulfilling and aligned with the Science of Learning. Apart from this, I am also a textile-enthusiast blogger and in my spare time I like to sensitize people about sustainable clothing, artisanal crafts and eclectic homegrown brands.
Content Development related tasks:
- Taking over global content responsibility, specifically for mature topics
- Supporting team in designing a digital learning experience plan and building learning assets by working together with key stakeholders
- Fully understanding what is required to produce content with a digital-first mindset and having the ability to transfer and adapt within own content area
- Ramping up knowledge of various enablement paths provided by SAP Learning
- Participating in content development activities (material, system, course description, SSG (system setup guide), etc.) and adaptation of content related to customer requirements
- Providing input within Learning Journey Design workshops for own topics/courses
- Quality assurance with respect to material and system (e.g., content-related reviews, demonstration and exercise tests, translation reviews) and new external/internal instructors (readiness check)
Training Delivery related tasks:
- Delivery of trainings (also international) in various channels and formats (SAP Learning Class, in-person option, virtual option, hands-on option, customer-specific training, Hybrid, blended), related to a well-defined functional area. This includes specialist courses within this area and potentially mature courses of other areas, according to the demand of the respective market.
- Support of instructors from the internal and external network who are not teaching full time
- Communication with customers beyond the class topics and solving queries independently as far as possible or forwarding those to the appropriate organizational units/stakeholders
- Usage of acquired integration knowledge within own course delivery and content development
- Supporting basic CST (customer-specific training) qualifications in own area and managing customer expectations
- Basic support of Learning Hub and Learning Room activities
Business Development related tasks:
- Basic support of Demand Generation activities (e.g., newsletter and blog articles, providing input for mailings)
- Development of internal/external network (e.g., Solution Management, Development, Consulting, Partner, etc.)
- Assistance for content creation for SAP Learning social networking
- Build up knowledge on internal processes within SAP Product Learning
- Working on and developing new topics for future SAP Learning content
- Transfer of training requests to Sales colleagues/the respective Portfolio Managers
