1. Recruitment, Selection and Documentation:

- Plan and Identifying work force requirement of the various departments and get it approved from the management.

- Set Job description and KRA for the required manpower after discussion of department Incharge.

2. Training & Development:

4. HR Audits :

- Coordinate with external auditors during their audit processes and provide all required support and documents.

- Discuss and Provide solutions on gaps finding in HR audits to maintain quarterly, half-yearly and yearly HR data.

- Coordination with internal teams to give solutions for further improvements if required/find in audits.

- Meeting& Alerts to management when discrepancies come out in audits to take a joint decision.

5. Employee Grievances, Relations & Engagement:

- Addressed daily employee Grievances.

- Arrange fun activities, motivational sessions, tour activities and festival celebration events for the employees.
