2. Training & Development:- Preparing Induction Program and Orientation to the employees towards policies and procedures of the company.
- Confirm the training schedule and conduct the training program for New Joiner and the existing employees.
- Manage the team to maintain the training records and feedbacks.
- Periodically do the training need analysis.
3. Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll & Compensation and compliances:- Maintain the daily attendance database. Supervise the attendance (In and Out time) and leaves through random checking of Biometric and documentation.
- Independently handling the payroll process of Dava India.
- Ensure the employees get their payroll queries/ grievance answered and solved on time at individual basis.
- Manage the database of PF, ESI and Professional Tax.
- Manage the payroll data as per Minimum wages Act, Bonus and Gratuity Act.
- Meet, manage and provide appropriate reply on investigating team for any surprise visit or reports.
4. HR Audits :- Coordinate with external auditors during their audit processes and provide all required support and documents.
- Discuss and Provide solutions on gaps finding in HR audits to maintain quarterly, half-yearly and yearly HR data.
- Coordination with internal teams to give solutions for further improvements if required/find in audits.
- Meeting& Alerts to management when discrepancies come out in audits to take a joint decision.
5. Employee Grievances, Relations & Engagement:- Addressed daily employee Grievances.
- Arrange fun activities, motivational sessions, tour activities and festival celebration events for the employees.
- One to One counseling to the employees as per situation demands.
- Developed long-term relationship with employees through personal interaction and close proximity.
6. Performance Management System:
- Quarterly, Half-yearly and yearly performance check of the employees as per their job duties and KRA.
- 360-degree performance checks technique to understand and do deep case studies.
Operational and Admin activities· Maintain the Financials of the company such as bills, infrastructure requirements.
· Client payments database check and time-to-time coordination with accounts dept.
· Monitor warehouse operational functions and pending party payments.
· Coordinate with respective HRs’ of other Zota offices for their HR and inter –office assignments.
