• Revitalizing and implementation of the Talent acquisition process of the organization (end to end recruitment).

• Led Business Development, Client Management, and Executive Search for multiple divisions across Telecom, Infra, Real Estate, FM, CRES, IPCs, and Engineering in across India and successful development and implementation of new business unit of PSS – Lobo Selection Services via team of 11 freshers
