Worked as an Acting Branch Ops Manager for first 4 months of the branch launch

• Set up a new branch at New Friends Colony, New Delhi. Given the responsibility of Acting Branch Ops Manager
• Completed IAD main audit for the financial year 2014-2015 for the new branch
• Checking and Monitoring all Account Opening Forms of the branch and ensure that the FTNR (First Time Not Right) should be zero
• Monitoring of dummy accounts, suspense accounts, deferred accounts, accounts payable/ receivable, Reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts
• Client relationship management, ensuring high quality customer service and resolution of all queries and complaints
