Job role includes: Scheduling the interviews - Responsible for scheduling the phone call interview, video call interview, initial onsite/remote and full onsite interviews at different stages. Based on the availability of the candidate and the interviewer, a slot is booked for the interview. Follow up is done with the candidates via phone calls and emails to confirm appointment, and input the data into Accenture Abacus tool.

  • Coordinating the interviews - Making sure that the candidate and interviewer have joined the interview lobby on time. Solving the technical issues, if any, from the candidate side or the interviewer during the interview. Making sure that the interview is conducted smoothly.
