SUPPLIER COORDINATION:

• As per monthly planning of export consignment daily follow up & well coordinated with supplier & customer.
• Material Readiness Status on daily working sheet submitted to senior management.
• Planning of advance Payment release to supplier for dispatch of ready good as per vessel planning.
• Issuance of Purchase order to supplier on time with proper checking of term & condition & delivery date.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

• Preparation of Pre shipment & Post shipment Exports Documents.
• Checking LC Draft,BL draft,ACD,Form M,COA,MSDS,Advance License etc in the process of preparing export shipping document.
• Issue timely Marine Insurance for Export shipments with proper premium check.
• Prepare & Issue purchase order & proforma invoice to the supplier & customer.
• Advance document for banks for BRC issuance & Follow up with banks for the same.
• Conduct regular follow up with DGFT consultant for RODTEP claim, EPGC.

EXPORT FREIGHT & LOCAL LOGISTICS:

• In freight & logistics i managed FCL,LCL & Air Shipment.
• Execute monthly around 35 to 40 export shipments.
• Most of time in FCL taking direct booking from different carriers.
• Also float enquiry to different freight forwarder & get the best rate available from market.
• Manage cross trade shipment from different consignee.
• Handle FOB shipment/Nomination shipment for our customer.
• Proper check of pricing from liner/freight forwarder before giving them the export shipment.
• Touch down every aspect like Basic freight,Local origin charges,Destination Charges,Transit Time & Cutoff details etc of every shipment.
• Hand on experience in SI filing with different carrier website also in INTRA & for forwarder give them the draft BL for filing the SI.
• Release the OBL from counterpart/Inhouse BL Printing with the help of carrier stationary as well as know the process of SEAWAY BL/TELEX BL of different lines.
• Arrangement of local transportation from EX- factory to CFS.
• Negotiation for better rate for local transportation with different transporter.
• Make the arrangement for ONWHEEL or DOCK Stuffing or Factory Stuffing of our different export consignment.
• Coordination with CHA for daily shipment from Shipping bill checklist approval to container gate in status.
