• Setting up new process for “GST Compliance - Vendor Payment” project which enable the company to recover the 23 million for the year 2023-24.
• Setting of import process with improvement of recurring cost of INR 1.0 million per year as cost of stamp duty in current year (2023-24).
• Within 3 Years from GST Implementation (2017) : All Excise, Service tax Audit has been completed by 2019.
• Within 4 Years from GST Implementation (2017): All VAT/CST matters including VAT-CST assessment has been closed by the year 2020.
• Recently 23 million recoveries from dealers have to be recovered with consent from Business team for the year 2021-22 where in dealers /vendors are failed to comply the GST provisions.
• Completed GST assessment for the year 2017-18 and 2018-19 without major objection.
• Recently we also completed GST assessment for the year 2019-20.

• Executed GST – SAP Project for entire organization in within time limit (SAP /S4 Hana)
• Compared pre-GST and Post-GST provision of law; attained tax benefit of INR 5 Million and re-mapped all commercial procedure and process in line GST provision.
• Successfully completed E-way bill and IRN project in SAP which complete the transaction in one or two clicks.
• Key SAP user for SAP-SD, MM and FI module.
• Successfully manage the GST refund INR 700 million annually.
• Completed Audit related to Central Excise, Service tax related to Central Excise & Service to close previous tax within 2018-19
• Managed 2 cases which were long pending (since 2004); steered the case in favor of company from Commissioner (Excise & Custom) worth of INR 16.8 Million and saved consultant fees of INR 0.16 Million solely
