• Coordinating with Client, Contractors and other concerned regarding Quality Control & Quality Assurance matters.
• Ensuring the construction parameters of CGS, Valve Stations, CNG Stations as per the approved drawings and verifying the BOM.
• Maintaining and updating the statutory documents such as capitalization data of Network, GIS data of network etc.
• Inspection of all incoming materials as per the standards and vendor list from client.
• Monitoring fabrication & installation of Sectionalizing Valve stations, Future Tap-off, GOOV etc.
• Ensuring all the working parameters as per the Standard P&ID, GAD & ISOMATRIC diagrams and meeting Tender Standards, Standard codes etc.
• Be the part of Revisions in Engineering Construction as per difficult Field/Site conditions.
• Execution of Horizontal Directional Drilling, Validating the Drill profile with actual Topography and ensuring the pilot drill log as per the exact calculation.
• Monitoring the HDD tracking parameters as per proposed HDD profile.
• Ensure all the quality parameters in Hydrostatic testing (Pre & Post), Gauging (Pre & Post)
• Checking the quality and supervision of the welding, tie-in, HDD, trenching, lowering, backfilling, through visual inspection and other quality parameters approved by client
• Conduct audits of suppliers & Sub contractors and initiate recommendations to solve quality problems and Participate in management review meetings on issues related to the implementation of the Company quality system.
• Consolidate and archive the quality control data base, welder's record, and customer feedback to develop company QA/QC data bank.
• Successful handover of project quality documentation during and at the completion of project to client.

• Studying Project Contract, Scope of work, Specifications, Construction Drawing, Safety policy And Quality plan.
• Reviewing and witnessing of NDT activities like RT, LPT, VT, and UT.
• Inward inspection of raw materials & consumables.
• Witness of mechanical test and visual inspection, preparing IMIR
• Reviewing WPS and witnessing PQR.
• Planning the necessary resources needed for the project.
• Supervision, Operations and Maintenance of Field regulating systems, Metering and Regulating Skids, MDPE pipeline networks and other installations required for Natural Gas Distribution.
• Network designing on land base maps, Network laying, Testing, Charging and hand over to PNG/O&M team.
• Verification and timely revision of AutoCAD based as-built drawings of MDPE networks developed in various areas.
• Responsible for ensure proper documentation for PE/GI/CU works by contractor.
• Responsible for certify the measurements sheets, drawing and all related documents.
• Monitoring performance of contractors and assist in planning to achieve targets.
