Roles & Responsibilities of the ESR includes 3D design changes as per requirement for Hydraulic Jacks, Cranes & HPU, solving mating errors with complete assemblies, creating complex routing in the product with multiple connections, taking ownership if the project and deliver it on time, creating complete checklist from the task initiation till delivery and maintain ISO documentation for the auditing. 

YHB-YXA Model Addition, Maruti Suzuki 

1. Turn Table Jigs & Grippers were Modified to accommodate new Variants.

1. Trunnion type Jigs were Designed for Hospital Beds. From Concept Design to Installation & Commissioning I was involved.

1. To design and manufacture a challenging automation welding cell. With the FANUC ROBOT and Welding fixtures, which can increase the production rate with high quality.

1. To make polishing wheel to work efficient while polishing aluminum rails by robot. We apply soap for cotton wheel in regular interval of time automatically.
