- As a Feed Mill Control room operator with 4 years of experience, my primary responsibility will be to oversee the operation and maintenance of feed processing equipment in a feed manufacturing facility
- I will ensure the efficient production of high-quality feed products according to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Planning of shift production as per schedule given by Manager
- Physically verify the raw material bins during shift starting and confirmation of bin allocation
- Ensure the availability of raw material based on production plan
- Co-ordinate with Raw material supervisor & premix supervisor for arranging material for shift production
- Maintaining the FIFO system in raw material regularly
- Maintain the record of hammermill beaters lifetime, beaters side changes follow up
- Co-ordinate with pellet mill operator for smooth operation
- Continuously monitoring all production activities and update in logbook
- Ensure the material flow and correct mixing time as per SOP
- Ensure all raw material & finished product bin maximum 80% only
- Co-ordinate with maintenance staff for running the machinery without downtime
- Increase productivity and ensure the product change
- Hand over the shift information to the next shift supervisor through shift hand over note.
