I currently serve as a Skill Architect within the Frictionless Supply Chain (FSC) program, where we are creating a self-healing, AI-driven forecasting capability. This innovation revolutionizes decision-making, enhances adaptability, and empowers us to navigate supply chain uncertainties with confidence.

As part of this role below are key responsibilities, which I take care:

1) Building a core team of skill builders.

2) Leading a team of 7-8 members, delivering production features with minimal defects.

3) Designing self-healing algorithms to ensure the robustness and reliability of forecasting systems.

4) Overseeing data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to provide high-quality inputs for AI models.

5) Ensuring seamless communication and data flow between various supply chain components.

6) Collaborating with the architect team to perform POCs on the latest technology, determining its suitability for our product.

7) Working closely with software engineers, and supply chain managers to align with business goal.
