Process Overview

Process includes performing audits for different events for Hewitt Associates based on customized checklists. Using the customized checklists, an internal audit of the transactions performed to determine the timeliness and accuracy of Hewitt’s administration. Ensuring requests are processed within given timeframe to meet SLA. All our job is based on the calculation of benefits to be received by the EE or their dependents after separation from the organization which is different from client to client. Communicate effectively with third party vendors and clients to resolve participant and plan administration issues. I have worked with clients came in through Direct communication in Wave-1, (the team transitioned 11 clients with 24 audits) & Wave-2 (the team transitioned 14 clients with 20 audits).
