• Project size consists of 11201 SQ.MT with PQC road of 2.6 KM.

Job Responsibility :

• Supervise and monitor all civil site activities to ensure project execution as per the planned timeline and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day activity at the construction site, including labor management and material handling.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and site issues.
• Estimate quantities and manage the procurement of construction materials as required.
• Monitor the use of machinery and equipment at the site to ensure optimal utilization.
• Oversee quality control and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with specifications.
• Certification of a contractor's Bill.

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule as per Approved Drawing and approved with Client
• Instruct the rebar binding and shuttering as per approved Drawing and checking with Client
• Raising the RFI before a day and closing the RFI day to day
• Prepare Daily progress report
• Prepare Monthly requirement of materials related to work.
• Inspect the Quality of work
• Controlling/manage every type of machinery related with work.
• Preparation of contractors Bill and certification of payment.

• PROJECT : Residential Building (Mumbai)
• ABOUT PROJECT: Total 7000 square feet area, Ground floor to 7th floor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• As a Engineer for frame structure following responsibilities
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule
• Instruct the rebar binding & Shuttering as per approved Drawing
• Performed various construction activities like Brick work (block work) & plaster work
• Prepare Daily progress report
• Prepare Monthly requirement of materials related to work
• Inspect the Quality of work
• Controlling/manage every type of machinery related with work
• Preparation of Labour Bill
