Continuously maintained the average of greater than 98% of quality, deadline in handling the engagements.

Have taken in-charge and created presentation decks for various war room studies with crisp deadlines at elevated quality.

Have conducted huddles and team meetings to knowledge share and to educate innovative approach in client engagements.

Training: ~1.5 years

Have been in hard training for a straight 1 and half years for honing the skills with various experts in learning and development team. Have had multiple sessions and hand-on-training for the gist of live work environment.

Team 1 - FastTrack: 3.5 years

Functionally this team is for engaging with the user for the last minute changes in their slides, i have to work on the slides with shorter deadline (15 minutes to an hour) and has to be quality conscious as well as deadline driven.

Here i learned the importance of the minutes & seconds, and how often we can make impact to the firm by helping CST team in getting their slides done for one last iteration just before the client meetings.

Team 2 - KAM: ~3 years

This team has to the most renowned and most dated clients of the firm, most of them were EU and ME clients.

This team provided me a lot of opportunity to establish myself with the CST team by allowing me to directly talk to the team to understand their need, and to be in the kick-off calls to understand their requirements thereby we can set the benchmark clearly at the beginning to make the engagement smooth.

Here I understood the business completely and started taking initiatives to make the process more reliable and streamlined, and on a monthly basis i started taking sessions to understand areas of improvements and and decide with the team on how it shall be applied smoothly in the existing process.

Team 3 - IR (Insider relevant) ~2 years

This team was set-up to handle most confidential client studies in the firm and later it expanded to include support to differently abled CST colleagues.

Here i had opportunity to understand how the firm support the differently abled colleagues and the kind of technical support they are given access to, which helped me to assess how i can be helpful to them to make collective impact to the firm.
