• Initiate and implement automation using the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) stack of technologies and tools. RPA is a business transformation solution that helps businesses achieve automation for manual tasks that are repetitive and require minimal training using robotic process BOTS that are capable of record/replay and trained with cognitive thinking.
• Administer and manage Cloudera-based Hadoop clusters across diverse industry sectors and geographic regions.Lead performance tuning and health monitoring of applications and Big Data infrastructure.Provide SME-level support for platform components, analytical tools, and ensure system stability and optimization.Drive proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging Big Data technologies in lab and development environments.Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of upgrades and patching activities for Cloudera and associated ecosystem tools.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of all changes and ensure change requests are executed effectively with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and make informed decisions on change requests.
• Schedule releases during low-traffic periods to minimize disruption to users and business operations and communicate release schedules in advance to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular product lifecycle audits to validate End of Life (EOL) & End of Version Support (EOVS) and work on patching & updates to the latest versions for vulnerability remediation.
• Hosts daily stand-up meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Ensure transparency in project status, helping stakeholders understand sprint progress, team capacity, and any risks that could affect delivery.
• Monitor release performance metrics such as deployment success rate, error rates, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization of release processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of release plans, configurations, and post-deployment activities to facilitate knowledge sharing, compliance audits, and troubleshooting.
