· Plan and Implement Software Quality Assurance in projects across ECC
· Lead and undertake project QA activities to ensure software tasks are carried out in accordance with agreed work packages and certification plans
· Ensure that the Solution delivered to the Customer is complying with both Customer and Company requirements, with the required level of Quality.
· Define Quality Plans specific to the project, verify its implementation and relevant customer procedures
· Support Certifications (AS-9100- ISO 9001, DO178b, DO254, DO278, ISO etc)
· Monitor the participation of key contributors to make sure that clear governance rules are followed in the project, and make sure that all key actions have been taken before each decision-making step.
· Support the project teams so that the relevant processes, practices and standards have been followed, and that the product delivered to the customer meets defined requirements.
· Support Quality Assurance activities including Supplier Quality Assurance to ensure the Project is in line with Customer expectations and agreed quality standard.
· Work in collaboration with the project team to provide support for better supplier relationship management.
· Assure the quality of purchased solutions in collaboration with SEM by evaluating deliverables through appropriate reviews.
· Ensure visibility of the project assessments & project performance through monthly QA reports.
· Support the project team in managing customer complaints
· Verify the process implementation (TIMS) across projects and support the external certifications
· Raise alerts and veto as required.
· Monitor Anomalies, Nonconformities and report to the management on these.
· Identify trends, issues, and opportunities associated with processes that may impact on quality
· Make sure that formal approval of the conformity of products is given by the right authority
· Contribute as required to project reviews supplying feedback by using the Project quality advice
· Support and verify tailoring activities of Thales practices and their result in the relevant documentation.
