• Carry out process audits at Global supplier place to improve the process capability & quality - India, USA, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey & Malaysia
• Prepare and present periodic Management Reviews of the Quality System to senior management

• Hands on experience on commodities and processes like Casting, Machining, Fabrication, Rubber Injection Molded parts etc.,
• Hands on Experience in QC tools, SPC, FMEA, POKA-YOKE, APQP, PPAP, 8D Technique
• Exceptional knowledge on Root Cause and Corrective Actions, First article inspections, Cost of Poor Quality, Configuration analysis, training and development on Total Quality management systems
• Quality for Incoming, In-process and Final Inspections onsite and source inspections at Suppliers for tooling and product
• Review corrective action plans formulated by suppliers to address major issues and conducted resolution meetings with respective plant/supplier
• Quarterly Review of Product inspection / Product Audit Check sheet for addition or deletion of checkpoints
• Analysis of in-process & incoming inspection rejection data and initiate the CAPA
• Plan and implement the mistake proofing / inspection gauges at supplier
• Monitor the supplier performance for improvement (Quality, Delivery & Responsiveness)
• Develop a quality plan for development items and monitor the development item is streamlined from quality perspective (Process Mapping, PFMEA & Control Plan etc.)
• Drive the process team to achieve the Process capability & also to ensure the capability of critical dimensions
• And responsible to define the process & product controls
• Daily quality team meeting to review quality dashboard status - Customer complaints, warranty issue, Customer line rejection/rework & In-house rejection PPM.
