- Understanding requirements and inspecting part according to specification as per company inspection plan.
- Inspecting connectors, back shells, cables and chemicals and all other electrical component which is used for making wire harness.
- Prepare inspection reports for inspected part according to part specification and datasheets which includes technical check points and dimensional detail.
- Perform 100% visual inspection for class A parts, and checking basic continuity in wire/cable spool using multimeter.
- For class C material like screw, washer, seal plug, etc. Perform visual inspection according to sampling standard AQL 1.0
- Checking collateral like COC, test reports, shelf life certificates warranty certificates as per PO and customer requirement.
- Working in internal ERP software like VU,IQMS towards clearing inspected, quarantined, and rejected parts.
- Communicate with supplier on Quarantined discrepancies and rejection.
- Create NCR for rejected parts, and keep follow-up to supplier until disposition receive.
- Contributing to root cause analysis to determine core reason for failures and errors
- Demonstrate product quality expertise in product inspection
