- Refurbished entire cloud environment by implementing a lot of standardizations (naming conventions, environment/region specific separation).
- Increased the efficiency and stability of lower environments (Dev/Test/Stage). This created a seamless experience for developers to carry out their tasks on a daily basis.
- Increased the security of cloud architecture by introducing industry standard best practices (for example, introduced application gateway for securing ingress/egress, created subnets, migrated all secrets and connection strings to Azure KeyVault, enabled PIM access, introduced private endpoints for DBs etc. )
- Streamlined entire CI/deployment pipelines by standardizing stage naming conventions and fixing a lot of long pending backlogs. This enabled me to maintain 98-99% success rate in build/release pipelines (this excludes code build related failures).

- Backed up Variable groups, Logic Apps, AppSettings of App Services, APIM policies onto GIT repos using PowerShell/scheduled pipelines.
