• Led diverse team of medical and administrative professionals in day-to-day clinic activities such as patient care, new business development and patient relations.
• Defined medical and administrative best practices in policies and procedures.
• Improved patient outcomes and delivery of care through improved clinical quality processes.
• Maintained compliance with local and national requirements for staff education and certifications.

2. During my tenure in a Cerebral Malaria endemic area in Jharkhand, I along with my team managed to achieve zero Malaria goal by implementing strict Mefloquine prophylaxis, anti-mosquito and larvicidal measures. We managed to create public awareness towards this deadly disease by promoting health education and specific protection. Early diagnosis and treatment remained the mainstay of our strategy. We extended our services to all needy population especially villagers staying around the Air Force Campus. Our efforts were highly appreciated by visiting dignitaries and local health authorities.
