• As part of Production Support we are supporting Applications which involves Continuous monitoring of batches, working on Incidents which gets arose while running jobs.
• Worked in designing and execution of reducing settlement date of wires from two to one day.
• Handling client calls on regular basis
• Having business knowledge of project to resolve tickets and check cause of issues
• Loading new clients into system
• Doing weakly and monthly checks to see everything is good or if found issue resolve it
• Complete end to end ownership of ticket
• Monitoring big events and doing detailed pre-event check to make sure everything goes as planned
• Sending daily updates of ticket to onshore
• Conducted internal trainings to new joiners and guided them until they settle in project
• In this process I learned lot from them as some Of them have more experience in Industry
