• Part in (Development of detailed control plans that outline all key area will be monitored and
controlled).
• List all Machines, Materials and services required and follow the purchasing process.
• Prepare RM report, required tools, Jig-Fixture and equipment report.
• Supplier handling, preparation of daily work report.
• Align team and required tools for sample part production.

• Facility Preparation: Begin by organizing the production space, ensuring its suitable for manufacturing.
• Installation and configure all necessary machinery, assembly station, conveyors and testing equipment.
• Develop or acquire the necessary tooling, fixture and jigs for assembly process.
• Establish efficient material transport systems, using automated guided vehicles & conveyor.
• Outlining the sequence of operations and quality check points.
• Train Production staff, techniques, and quality control personals on the specific processes & equip.
